It is apparent to us that Navigator is not working as it is supposed to. We had several write-ups over the weekend all with the same general complaint, no connectivity, no navigation.
I have initiated a PULSE meeting with all the stakeholders (IT, OPS, Comm, Admin) who have anything to do with this problem. A PULSE meeting will be held everyday until this problem is resolved.
Keep the IRF’s coming as they provide us with valuable intelligence as the team gets to the root of the problem.
