MEET TCAD’S MEDICAL DIRECTOR
TCAD is proud to introduce Dr. Todd Baker as our EMS Medical Director. Dr. Baker is an emergency medicine physician practicing at Cox Medical Center-Branson. Dr. Baker is also a founding partner of 360 Degree Medicine and has made Branson his home since 2009. Dr. Baker received his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine and has been practicing medicine since 2001. Dr. Baker is an Army veteran and he performed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Ft. Hood, TX from 2001 to 2004. Dr. Baker also served as Chief of the EMT Section, 86th Combat Support Hospital, Operation Iraqi Freedom, known as “Baghdad ER”, for 15 months. He was appointed, “Theater Emergency Medicine Consultant for the Army Surgeon General for the Iraqi Theater of Operations.” He received a Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star, and the Combat Action Badge. He and his wife Laura have two children, ages 10 and 14. Dr. Baker has enjoyed working with the Taney County Ambulance District team over the past several years and looks forward to helping us achieve our mission, “Taking mobile healthcare to the next level”.
