The Operations department is the heart and soul of the organization providing an array of services. Employing a staff of top notch paramedics and emergency medical technicians, the operations department is able to provide the citizens and visitors of Taney County with the highest quality of emergency and non emergency care. |

The communications department is made up of highly skilled and trained emergency medical dispatchers that utilize a state of the art communication center with a computer-aided dispatch system. All of this helps make TCAD one of the most technologically advanced ambulance services in the state of Missouri. |

Taney Co. EMS Education provides initial and continuing education programs to meet all the needs of prehospital professionals . |

The administrative and billing offices handle all the business aspects of the district. Under the direction of Interim Director Kevin Tweedy, the business office provides prompt, efficient services to the customers and employees of TCAD. |
