Others Present: Katie Sharpe, Melissa Stiffler, Steve Harris, Kent Vanderpool, Kevin Tweedy, Trevor Hale, Marc Leonard, Vicky Whittaker, Paul Kirk, Jeff Hawkins, Aaron Cardwell, Allana Kellett, Buster Raglin, Sam Sandt, Dr. Mire, Kevin Epps and Pam Harmon. Meeting called to order at 19:00 hours. Following a review of the September minutes, a motion was made to accept into record as amended. Motion: Rozell Second: Russell Yea=5 Nay=0 Following a review of the September financials, a motion was made to accept into record. Motion: Rozell Second: Russell Yea=5 Nay=0 Scott Novak arrived at 19:05. New Business: Steve presented the proposed operating budget for 2005. A motion was made to review the proposal and look at it next month. Motion: Novak Second: Rozell Yea=6 Nay=0 Melissa presented the write-off accounts for September. A motion was made to write-off these accounts. The write-off accounts total $43,182.75. Motion: Russell Second: Nave Yea=6 Nay=0 A motion was made to require dual signatures on all checks. Motion: Novak Second: Nave Yea=2 Nay=4 A motion was made to require dual signatures on checks over $20,000.00.
